This year we have two ways for you to register for the annual conference: express and regular registration.
Express Online Registration requires a major credit card or a PayPal account. You will be able to input your information into a secure online form and use Paypal payment processing to complete your transaction. Please do not use express registration if you are paying by check or will be registering after receiving a conference registration scholarship. We highly encourage the use of the express online registration as it gives you immediate confirmation of your registration information and payment.
Regular Offline Registration using a printable form is being offered to those registrants who will:
- Pay by check, or
- Register offline and wish to pay by check/credit card/PayPal, or
- Register after receiving a conference registration scholarship. Your scholarship must be approved before registering for conference.
You will be able to register by using our downloadable PDF form. Please complete the form and mail it to our treasurer at the address listed on the form. Acrobat Reader will be required to open the form after downloading.
Please complete the form and take one of following actions by October 8:
- Mail it to our treasurer at the address listed on the form.
- Scan your form into an Adobe PDF and email it to us.
- Fax your form to us.
Please contact the conference chair for instructions before using options 2 or 3.
Irwin Phelps Scholarship
Financial assistance to defray the cost of registration is available through the Irwin Phelps Scholarship Fund for those who could not otherwise attend conference.
Affirmation offers financial assistance to help members who could not otherwise afford to attend conference. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need and contributions to Affirmation, such as activity or willingness to volunteer for service. Funds are limited and scholarships will be awarded on a "first-come, first served" basis and only to those who establish a definite need for assistance.
The assistance provided is a 50% reduction in conference registration fees in effect at the time of your application. Regrettably we cannot provide assistance with hotel rooms or airfare.
Scholarships are available only for current Affirmation members, but we will accept a membership application or renewal and scholarship application simultaneously.
